Pin and buttons....

I placed this cute tag inside the card
This is definitely not the first time I am doing a newborn baby card.....I have done some before for clients but was not allowed to post them in my blog..... This particular card design is for a newborn baby girl. It's not that big in size, only an A6 sized card. Adorned with a gold colored safety pin, buttons, laces and a crystal like flower.....I lined some gold glitter glue on the dark pink paper strip next to the soft yellow laces....I love the effect it gives to the paper...The card has a small tag with wordings "Baby Girl" on the inside and comes with a matching beige colored handmade envelope.

The ketupat card with wordings & decorations....

Ok.....I finally decided how I was going to decorate the ketupat cards that I designed earlier....I placed some simple wordings/wishes on them and also some very minimal decorations. These are for those who prefer the ketupat card to have decorations on them.....I for one prefer the simpler designs with no decorations or wordings on them so that I could be free to write whatever my heart pleases to do hehehe...... All these cards are available for orders now.... :)

For this dark green with olive and green squares ketupat card design, I printed out the wordings... "Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri".....and pasted it on the front of the card....and decorating it with some gold color dots that outlines the wordings and squares... I also pasted some gold colored sequins squares to add some sparkle to it. :) This card also comes with a green handmade envelope. The inside of the card is left blank for writing on personal wishes.

For this apple green with dark green and olive squares ketupat card, I hand cut and pasted the shape of the moon crescent and star using a shiny gold colored paper. I also pasted on the hand cut paper squares some tiny shiny green star shaped sequins that sparkles when it hits the light....There is very simple wordings that I made and pasted on the inside of the card that says......."Salam Aidilfitri"........

Ketupat card...

Alhamdulillah.....everything is back to normal again....I finally get to post my card designs in my blog. Phew! A lot of things happened this month and some has disrupted my mood to design and also to work....problems have been resolved and I am once again back to work. Hmm...so here I am now updating something I have been working on these past couple of days.....it is probably the most simplest card design I have ever done hehehehe! It's so simple that even I am in shock to see it actually being made in the first place. It is actually a ketupat or rice dumpling motif that I am using to make as a Hari Raya card..... I didn't even make any wordings for it yet....still thinking of what I want to write inside the card.....it could be "Salam Syawal 1429" or "Salam Aidilfitri" or even just the simple "Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri"........ will update regarding that matter soon.....but for now, here are the cards for my Raya collection this year......just for you! :)

Troubles....

Oh my goodness......how long has it been since I last updated anything in my blog? Been quite awhile now....and it hurts not being able to do so. I'm experiencing some problems lately with the internet service at my house...sob sob :(....not sure how much longer it's going to take to fix the problem, but anyways, I am trying my level best to fix it so that I can continue updating my work here in my card blog. If anyone out there is interested in ordering cards from me....you can always contact me via email, sms or just give me a call. Thank you all for your support and sweet comments......
